Webserver connection problems

The UDC Webserver uses port 80 in order for all browsers to be able to communicate with and view content from the UDC software. port 8o is a common port that webservers use and sometimes applications can cause conflicts with port 80. See the screenshot below for an example of a Skype setting that can block port 80 and cause problems with the UDC webserver.

Read this if you are installing on a virtual machine

We have found an issue when installing on a virtual machine. You must delete the floppy disk drive on your virtual machine so that the UDC software can properly write to the disk. This issue has only been seen when installing on a virtual machine.Here is a screenshot of where to find the floppy disk drive to be deleted. I assume you won’t need to use a floppy disk.
